What types of vehicles does Northwoods Cab LLC offer?

We offer sedans and minivans.

What areas do you serve?

Wausau and Tomahawk (Marathon and Lincoln counties). Including Rib Mountain, Weston, Mosinee. CWA Airport, RHI Airport.

Will my fare be predictable, or will there be surprise charges at the end? (SURGE PRICING)

Yes your fare will be predictable with no hidden charges. In town, we charge $8 plust $1 per mile. Out of town trips are $8 plus $2 per mile. If you have any stops to make there is a charge of $3 per stop with up to 5 minutes wait time, and $1 per minute after the first 5 minutes.

Can you reliably get me to early flights and important appointments on time?

Yes. We successfully take thousands of airline passsengers a year at random times of the day or night. We are open 24 hours!

Will you have a taxi available when I need one, even late or for out-of-town trips?

Yes. You will never be stranded as we are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! Prebooking (making a time call) secures availability at a certain time; and we also accommodate last-minute rides. Out of town trips are especially welcome!

Is there a credit card convenience fee?

Yes.

- Credit Card processing fees are the following -

$1-$20 = $0.92

$21 - $30 = $1.24

$31 - $50 = $1.97

$51 - $100 = $3.78

$101 - $150 = $5.60

$151 - $200 = $7.41

$201 - $250 = $9.22

$251 - $300 = 11.04

Fares above $300 are subject to 4.5% credit card processing fee.

What happens if I need to cancel—will I be charged?

We require two-hour notice for long-distance pre-paid rides. We charge 50% of the total fare. Clear communication helps avoid charges in a cancellation situation.
